Közelben óvoda, iskola, bevásárlási lehetőség (LIDL, Auchan, Dechatlon, IKEA, OBI…stb) Belvárosba való bejutás tömegközlekedéssel megoldható vonattal a Nyugati pályaudvarhoz vagy busszal a Határ útra vagy Boráros térre.
