Sixth floor apartment, completely renovated in 2021, which is quiet and peaceful even in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city due to its location inside the house. Everything is within reach: shops, restaurants, public transport, theater. The only direct neighbor of the apartment on the lower floor, windows overlook the quiet inner courtyard, and thanks to its orientation it is very bright. The house has two elevators.

Distribution of the apartment: through the entrance door opening from the hanging corridor separated by a security grill (balcony accessible only to the owner), we enter the apartment’s hallway, which is in one space with the kitchen and a two-person dining area. From this room, the two separate bedrooms, the bathroom with a built-in shower, and the toilet in a separate room open up.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2021. Walls were demolished, the bathroom, kitchen and toilet were also moved to a new room. The entire water and sewer system has been rebuilt. The electric meter has been expanded to 32A, and category H electricity has been connected to the apartment and the entire electrical network has been replaced. The wall of the larger bedroom has been insulated.

The original floor of the apartment has been leveled and re-laid with parquet, and new paving stones have been added to the bathrooms and the hallway.

The apartment has a high-performance, whole-apartment cooling and heating air conditioner, which operates on category H electricity (half-price during the heating season). In addition, a designer heating panel in each of the two bedrooms helps with heating, and underfloor heating in the bathroom and toilet ensures comfort. Hot water is provided by an Ariston boiler located in the toilet.

The gas connection is located in the hallway, if someone wants to have it reconnected for any purpose. The apartment is on the same level as the attic of the house and has a direct entrance to it.

After the apartment was renovated, our family lived in it (2 adults and two teenage daughters), and for the past two years it has been used as a short-term rental apartment, so both my own experience and the opinions of the guests are that the apartment is calm and quiet, creative and tasteful, and in its current state can be lived in or rented out for up to four people.

The unique bunk bed built into the smaller bedroom can be easily dismantled.
